Pip Wells is an award-winning Showrunner who has developed and produced many genres of unscripted series that have attracted A-list comedic talent. She serves as Showrunner/Executive Producer on the Emmy-award winning “Lego Masters” starring Will Arnett as well as EP/Showrunner of “Making It,” starring Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman; “Baking It,” starring Maya Rudolph and Andy Samberg; “Tournament of Laughs,” starring Jason Sudeikis; and “What The Fit?!” with Kevin Hart.

Steve Wynne

Steve is an Emmy Award-winning Exec with over 30 years of experience working for US studios at Disney and Warner Bros, together with UK-based broadcasters including the BBC and ITV.
He was the International Showrunner for The Bachelor (ABC), launching the series in over 15 countries.

Steve is the founder and CEO of Strawberry Blond TV – officially the UK’s Best Place To Work in Television*, and is the only company to have ever won twice. They were BAFTA nominated for Independent Production Company of the Year and have a number of Broadcast Awards to their name.

As well as their London and Edinburgh offices, they recently opened a third office in Glasgow, Scotland.

Andy Thomas

A storyteller at heart, Andy Thomas has worked all over the globe during his 20 year-long career, diving into stories about shark feeding habits in the Pacific, the cut throat world of restaurants in London and more recently, returning to his roots as Executive Producer on the award-winning “Welcome to Wrexham” for FX.

Hailing from the valleys of South Wales, U.K., Andy has built a successful career in unscripted television, producing blockbuster shows like Floor is Lava for Netflix, LEGO Masters for FOX, Tough as Nails for CBS and Fear Factor for MTV, along with the award-winning and critically acclaimed Dating Around for Netflix.

Jess Hamilton

Jess is Backbone Studio’s Head of Production, with over 15 years’ experience working with broadcasters, networks and indies. Jess manages multi-million pound budgets, large production teams and extensive post-production schedules.

Jess looks after all of the teams and crews at Backbone Studios, alongside liaising with external departments, including Commissioning, Legal & Business Affairs, Press & Marketing, Multiplatform, Social Media, Programme Delivery, Technical, Compliance and Editorial Policy.
